The HAEIN training center implements systematic training programs in advanced educational facilities that include lecture rooms (288㎡), indoor practice room (588㎡), and outdoor practice room (1813㎡), as well as specialized books on construction machinery, engine, parts, technology and service, and large quantity of data. The indoor/outdoor practice room is equipped with various engines, powertrains and hydraulic system parts, and implements practice oriented training by the installation of the latest training equipment and simulators so that trainees can adapt themselves to rapidly changing new technologies.

HAEIN runs various training programs as a part of customer relations and technical support service, in addition to training for internal employees. Customer training is divided into field training that visits the customer site for training and group training at the HAEIN training center, and HAEIN has offered customized programs that meet the customer’s needs (equipment, engine, generator, etc.).

The HAEIN training center implements a technical qualification system to foster professional engineers who improve the service quality and contribute to customer satisfaction and company growth. This system evaluates the trainee in four areas (engine and power transmission, hydraulic, lower body, and electricity) through a theory/practice test. The HAEIN technical qualification test was certified by the government for the first time in Korea. Cheonan Service Facility of HAEIN is designated as the national technical qualification practice test site. As a result, the Facility is recognized as the best educational institution in Korea both in name and reality.
