The Equipment Management System of HAEIN Guarantees High Profits by Maximizing Equipment Performance and Efficiency

HAEIN operates its unique equipment management system that includes technical analysis, hydraulic check, overhaul forecast, engine repair symptom inspection, and track inspection, in order to guarantee customers’ high profits by extending the equipment service life and reducing repair costs by maximizing equipment performance and efficiency.

Technical Analysis Service (TA)

Technical analysis (TA) is one of the preventive maintenance programs that extend the equipment service life and reduce repair costs. Professional service engineers diagnose the normal condition of major equipment components on a regular basis and perform more detailed inspections to find causes of failure accurately if an error is found during diagnosis. The technical analysis service minimizes the suspension of the equipment service and enables planning before malfunction, which reduces repair costs caused by unexpected malfunctions.

Customer Hydraulic Service (CHS)

The proper hydraulic system management of hydraulic equipment affects the operational cost savings and growth of production significantly. HAEIN informs customers of the maintenance and replacement period of hydraulic components by measuring the level of contamination inside the entire hydraulic system, by performing the customer hydraulic service on a regular basis.

Overhaul Maintenance Guide (OMG)

The overhaul (OMG) forecast service can reduce equipment maintenance and operating costs by enabling customers to make quick decisions about repairs before malfunctions occur, by forecasting the remaining service life of the engine and transmission.

Engine Repair Indicator Kit (ERIK)

The engine repair indicator kit is used to check and diagnose the condition of the engine using an engine diagnosis kit that includes the temperature recording label, cooling water test kit, filter cutter, and crank case pressure gage.

Customer Track Service (CTS)

The customer track service forecasts and informs the pin and bushing turning time as well as the remaining service life and regeneration time by measuring the worn-out condition of the lower body components of construction equipment, which is composed of tracks.
Using this service, customers can extend the service life of lower body components by maintaining a balance among each lower body component and by turning or regenerating lower body components before they reach the abrasion limit. In addition, suspension of the equipment service can be minimized by preventing the occurrence of a component that cannot be regenerated due to excessive abrasion, and preventing loss caused by abnormal abrasion by early detection.
