- - Caterpillar performs contamination control over the maintenance space of dealers each year according to ISO standards, to prevent contamination in the maintenance space - the major cause of construction machinery failure.
- Caterpillar gives the top 5-star grade to dealers that have scored more than 95% in strict contamination control assessment that is composed of 114 assessment items in 18 areas.
- The continuous and systematic contamination control effort of HAEIN is publicly recognized by acquiring the 5-star grade for 12 consecutive years, which is quite difficult since only 3% of Caterpillar dealers in the Asian region has acquired the 5-star grade as of 2018.
