Speedy Service

Service is provided speedy through the service manager system and courtesy equipment service.

  • Speedy Parts Supply and Service

    • * Nationwide parts supply within 8 hours
      (limited to domestic stock only)
    • Nationwide service dispatch within 4 hours
      (for equipment breakdowns)

    ※ Delays are possible if sent to the warehouse at night or on weekends.

  • Courtesy Equipment Service

    If a wheel loader (966~980) or a wheel excavator (06W) is sent to the warehouse in an emergency, a replacement equipment service is provided.

Accurate Service

Comprehensive and systematic equipment management solutions are provided utilizing the data of the equipment’s present condition detected in real time through the product link system.

  • Equipment Management Solution

    Customized solutions are provided by checking the equipment location, condition, and fuel consumption in real time, which is checked with the product link system, using the vision link system; and by analyzing the data in detail.

  • CSA Service

    Equipment is managed from diverse aspects through equipment site, appearance and oil check, and through the product link system.

Friendly Service

  • Parts stocks Inquiry Service (parts.cat.com)

    The PC/mobile parts stock inquiry service is provided so that Caterpillar parts stock can be checked easier and faster. Parts stock at home and abroad, prices, and pictures can be viewed by visiting parts.cat.com.

  • Service Improvement Program

    Customer’s opinions are collected to improve satisfaction with the service and the customer satisfaction survey of service/part customers is conducted to strengthen customer relationships.

Ensured Service

Ensured Service is provided at the Cheonan Service Facility (largest in Korea) maintenance center and training center.

    The warranty of genuine Caterpillar parts is 1 year. (Applicable to parts purchased after July 2015/Some parts are excluded)
