Various parts options are provided for customers to reduce the burden of maintenance costs.
Genuine Parts
Caterpillar genuine parts have a long service life and outstanding performance. HAEIN holds about 20,000 types of genuine parts in stock.
Re-manufactured Parts
Re-manufactured parts are produced under the same process and specification as new products and can be purchased at 50 ~ 70% price of a new product.
Yellow Mark Parts
Repair and replacement component line that enables customers to purchase a reliable product at a moderate price (about 40 ~ 60% of a new product). More than 6,000 types are available as of 2018 and additional types will be increased up to 30,000.
Used parts
Quality used parts received from Caterpillar Used parts Association are supplied at competitive prices (40 ~ 60% of new component pricing)
Parts Exchange Program (PEX)
When repair is needed due to an unexpected malfunction, customers can operate their equipment without the suspension of the service by replacing the component with one held by HAEIN.
